The Challenge

DiDi Food is hunting for a growth analytics leader who can architect high-impact campaigns across Latin America's fastest-growing food delivery platform. You'll own the full campaign lifecycle—from strategy through execution—using real data to drive merchant growth and operational efficiency.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Design and launch 2-3 flagship campaigns targeting merchant acquisition and retention with clear ROI targets

Build robust campaign measurement framework with SQL queries and dashboards tracking conversion, CAC, and LTV metrics

Establish weekly performance reviews and rapid iteration cycles with Product, Commercial, and Marketing teams

4

Develop 90-day budget forecast model with scenario planning for Q1 campaign spend optimization

Scale top-performing campaigns across 5+ markets with documented playbooks for replication

Reduce campaign launch-to-insights time from 2 weeks to 3 days through automated reporting

Deliver 15%+ YoY improvement in merchant retention through targeted lifecycle campaigns

Lead post-mortem ROI analysis process that informs next quarter's $500K+ budget allocation

  • You're comfortable writing SQL/Python queries to validate hypotheses rather than waiting for analysts
  • You thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments where strategy pivots based on weekly data signals
  • You think like both a marketer (creative strategy) and an operator (budget forecasting, post-mortems)

  • You need remote flexibility—this is full-time on-site in Mexico City
  • You've only done tactical marketing execution; you lack strategic campaign design experience
  • You're uncomfortable with financial rigor and budget accountability—ROI tracking is non-negotiable here
