The Challenge
DiDi is scaling its fleet ecosystem across Spanish-speaking LATAM and needs a seasoned operator to build repeatable processes for sourcing, launching, and scaling fleet partners from 0β1. You'll own the entire growth funnel for vehicle supply in Mexico and the region, working across partnerships, operations, and analytics to hit aggressive supply targets.
Your Mission
Map current fleet partner landscape in Mexico; identify 3-5 high-potential new partner targets and validate acquisition strategy
Document and standardize the 0β1 fleet launch playbook with ops and BD teams; run first pilot launch with new partner
Build baseline dashboards tracking fleet cohort health, partner economics, and supply growth velocity by segment
Establish cross-functional weekly cadence with internal stakeholders and define fleet growth OKRs for next 12 months
Launch 4-6 new fleet partnerships; achieve 30%+ month-over-month growth in active vehicle supply from new fleet channels
Develop and test 2-3 repeatable playbooks for different fleet partner archetypes (corporate fleets, independent operators, leasing companies)
Scale team with 2-3 new hires in BD and operations; document training curriculum and role-specific KPIs
Deliver profitability analysis per fleet cohort; identify levers to improve unit economics by 15-20% within 6 months
KPIs You'll Own
Fleet Partner Acquisition
Number of new fleet partners signed and activated monthly; track conversion rate from prospect to active operations.
Vehicle Supply Growth (MoM %)
Month-over-month percentage growth in active vehicles supplied by managed fleets; segment by partner type and region.
Fleet Cohort Economics
Revenue per vehicle, take rate, and unit profitability by fleet cohort; benchmark against internal targets and peer performance.
Time-to-Launch (0β1)
Average days from partner contract signature to first ride or delivery; target reducing cycle time by 30% YoY.
Partner Retention & Churn
Monthly/quarterly churn rate among active fleets; track reasons for churn and re-engagement success rate.
Team Capacity & Output
Deals in pipeline, deal velocity, and team utilization; monitor hiring and onboarding speed to support growth targets.
