The Challenge
Compartamos Banco Perú is scaling Creditienda, their digital channel, across 126+ agencies serving microentrepreneurs. You'll own the complete growth funnel—from user acquisition to retention—using data-driven strategies to hit aggressive adoption and recurrence targets in a competitive fintech market.
Your Mission
Audit current Creditienda acquisition channels (paid & owned) and identify top 2-3 levers for ROAS improvement
Build baseline AARRR dashboard with GA4/Amplitude, establishing conversion, CAC, and LTV benchmarks
Design and launch 3 segmented campaigns (WhatsApp, email, SMS) with A/B tests to improve activation rate by 15%
Map full user journey across product, tech, and commercial teams to align on growth priorities
Scale top-performing acquisition channels with 25%+ ROAS improvement vs. baseline
Increase user recurrence rate by 30% through personalized retention campaigns and lifecycle triggers
Launch data-driven attribution model integrating user behavior, acquisition source, and LTV predictions
Execute 12+ experiments (A/B tests, pilots) on messaging, channels, and journeys with documented learnings
