At the center of the Customer Growth business unit, you will contribute to the success of business projects through automated campaigns based on customer insights. You will be working closely with 3 squad teams to drive the business at a global level.

As a CRM Campaign Specialist, your main mission will be to manage the direct marketing campaigns from end-to-end: building and executing the content and technical setup, monitoring their performances, and driving continuous optimization.

Location : Lille, Paris or Lyon

Requirements

As a CRM Marketing Specialist & Email Developer, you will be responsible for :

Campaign Strategy & Execution:

Perform the execution of automation campaigns via enterprise-level marketing tools: create, execute, conduct A/B tests, and scale to reach the business objectives.

Perform multi-channel campaigns to ensure customer experience consistency.

Perform the targeting creation by SQL requests to define precise audience segments.

Email Development & Technical Expertise:

Develop, code, and troubleshoot responsive HTML emails that render correctly across a wide variety of email clients and devices.

Utilize advanced scripting languages (e.g., AMPscript) within the marketing platform to enable dynamic content, personalization, and complex segmentation logic.

Ensure email layout, design, and content are optimized, adhering to best practices for deliverability and accessibility.

Collaborate with the design team to translate mock-ups into high-quality, functional email templates.

Analysis and Optimization:

Analyze and optimize automation campaigns using data and metrics such as conversion rates, engagement rates, and customer lifetime value (CLTV). Use insights to improve performance.

Monitor industry trends, including email development standards, platform features, and deliverability best practices, and use them to inform campaign optimizations.

Collaboration:

Collaborate closely with the squads (design team, data analyst, HTML integrator, squad leader) to ensure campaigns are aligned with business objectives and customer needs.

Audience segmentation: Enterprise Data Cloud integrated with Marketing Automation tools and data lakes interfaced with Databricks

Email sending: Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Brevo, Vonage

Observability: Datadog

CI/CD: GitHub, GitHub Actions

Backend and script automations: Python, Node.js

Agility: Scrum
