Clarifié is a science-backed digestive health brand in hypergrowth mode, building a market-leading brand from scratch. You'll own content, creative production, and growth campaigns across social and email—with real ownership and fast learning.
Your Mission
Launch and optimize content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn with consistent brand voice and 2-3 posts per week
Produce 20+ static creative assets (carousels, posts, ads) in Figma/Canva with 100% brand guideline compliance
Support 2-3 paid campaign launches (Meta/TikTok) with A/B testing on creative variants and audience segments
Set up and segment Klaviyo flows for 2+ product launches with trackable engagement metrics
Own end-to-end content strategy for one product launch—from messaging to UGC coordination to paid amplification
Deliver 60+ content pieces across platforms with documented engagement benchmarks vs. industry wellness standards
Build 5+ short-form video assets (Reels/TikTok) using basic editing and AI creative tools (Midjourney, Runway)
Contribute to 3+ product page copy rewrites with clear, science-backed claims and improved conversion metrics
KPIs You'll Own
Social Engagement Rate (ER%)
Track likes, comments, shares across Instagram/TikTok/LinkedIn to measure content resonance and audience growth month-over-month.
Ad Creative Performance (ROAS)
Monitor return on ad spend for Meta and TikTok campaigns, with A/B test winners informing future creative production.
Email Segment Performance (CTR, Conversion)
Measure Klaviyo flow open rates, click-through rates, and downstream purchases to optimize segmentation and messaging.
Content Production Velocity
Track pieces delivered per week (posts, videos, carousels) to ensure consistent output and support campaign timelines.

Interview Process
