The Challenge

A fast-growing energy efficiency B2B broker is scaling aggressively and needs a digital marketing leader to transform technical expertise into qualified leads. You'll own the full growth strategy across channels while building out a high-performing marketing function from scratch.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit current digital presence and define 12-month marketing strategy with clear lead acquisition targets

Launch 2 targeted LinkedIn campaigns to prospect B2B accounts in CEE market using Sales Navigator + automation

3

Implement or optimize CRM workflow to track lead pipeline and establish baseline KPI dashboards (conversion, engagement, ROI)

4

Produce 8+ pieces of high-value content (case studies, articles, video) to reposition brand as energy expertise leader

By 6 Months

Achieve 40% month-on-month growth in qualified B2B leads with documented cost-per-acquisition metrics

Scale LinkedIn social selling playbook across team; train hired colleague on prospecting workflows and content creation

Refactor brand identity across all digital channels (website, LinkedIn, email, social) with measurable engagement lift

Revenue attributed to marketing-sourced leads; track 3-6 month sales cycle to justify spend

Is This Role For You?

For You If
  • You've spent 5+ years owning B2B demand generation (SaaS, energy, industrial, or similar); you speak lead metrics fluently
  • You're a LinkedIn power user who understands social selling, outreach automation, and content strategy beyond organic posts
  • You're energized by building systems from scratch: choosing tools, designing workflows, and measuring ROI ruthlessly
  • You have prior experience with CEE (Certificats d'Économie d'Énergie) or energy sector; French market knowledge is a bonus
  • You thrive as an individual contributor with growth ambition but also enjoy teaching and leveling up a junior colleague
Won't Work If
  • You need flexible or remote work; this role is 100% on-site in Saint-Denis with no negotiation mentioned
  • You're primarily a brand/creative marketer; this is a performance-driven lead generation role with hard KPIs
  • You lack hands-on experience with CRM, automation, and LinkedIn prospecting; you'll be expected to execute, not just oversee
