The Challenge
Campari Group is the 6th largest premium spirits player globally with 50+ brands in 190 markets. You'll own global brand strategy and execution for Courvoisier, driving growth through innovation, cultural relevance, and cross-market coordination in a complex, matrixed environment.
Your Mission
Audit current Courvoisier brand positioning and market performance across top 10 markets; synthesize insights into strategic brief
Map innovation pipeline and prioritize 2-3 near-term product/packaging launches with go-to-market strategies
Build stakeholder relationships with global market teams and agency partners; establish cadence for monthly brand reviews
Develop brand asset toolkit (creative, POSM, digital) for Q2-Q3 activations in key markets
Deliver medium-term brand strategy and annual marketing plan for Courvoisier with clear KPIs and market-by-market execution guidelines
Launch 1-2 innovation projects from concept through in-market execution; track conversion and revenue impact
Execute 3+ coordinated global activations with local market buy-in; measure brand lift and ROI by region
Establish brand marketing community forum; document and share best practices across House and 26 market teams

- You've managed global or multi-regional brands in premium consumer goods (spirits, luxury, FMCG) and understand category dynamics
- You thrive coordinating cross-functional teams and influencing without direct authority in matrixed environments
- You balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution—owning everything from brand strategy to creative direction to launch ops
- You have 7-10 years of marketing experience including product/packaging innovation, go-to-market strategy, and regional campaign management
- You need remote flexibility or work-from-home options; this is on-site Paris only
- You prefer individual contributor roles; this is a leadership position requiring stakeholder influence across 26 markets
- You lack experience managing innovation pipelines or launching new products/SKUs at scale
