The Challenge
Caisse d'Épargne Bretagne Pays de Loire is a regional mutual bank modernizing its digital presence across 2 regions. You'll shape how they communicate with customers and prospects while pushing internal teams toward digital-first thinking.
Your Mission
Map current customer communication channels (portal, app, social, email, SMS, paid acquisition) and identify gaps in strategy
Support 3-5 digital awareness sessions with agency network teams on customer digitalization benefits
Establish lead qualification and handoff process to digital banking teams with clear SLAs
Document customer experience pain points and present findings to strategy committee
Execute 2 integrated multi-channel campaigns tracking conversion and engagement KPIs across all touchpoints
Increase agency network digital sales referrals by 40% through training and incentive alignment
Implement customer feedback loop system and report quarterly on NPS/CSAT improvements
Co-lead strategic and operational committee meetings with data-driven recommendations on channel performance
