The Challenge
Butagaz is France's leading multi-energy supplier serving 5M customers. You'll own the operational execution of B2B marketing strategy across professional segments—from content creation to marketing automation to digital campaigns—bridging strategy and field execution.
Your Mission
Establish marketing ops workflows: audit current processes, document content creation + campaign deployment flows, implement internal tracking system
Launch first nurture campaign: map prospect journey, set up marketing automation sequences in CRM, define lead scoring model
Create 2-3 high-value B2B assets: publish case study + whitepaper + webinar asset aligned to sales priorities
Audit digital presence: evaluate SEO/SEA performance, competitive content landscape, identify quick wins for optimization
Scale content engine: produce 12+ pieces of B2B content (mix of guides, case studies, videos), measure engagement + conversion lift
Optimize lead gen: A/B test 4+ campaign variations, achieve 15%+ improvement in lead quality score, reduce cost per qualified lead
Automate prospection: build 3+ triggered nurture sequences based on behavior, achieve 25%+ open rates on automation emails
Drive growth initiatives: test 2 new acquisition channels (partnerships, vertical-specific campaigns), measure ROI vs baseline

Lead Generation Volume
Track qualified leads generated monthly from content, campaigns, and automation pipelines against targets by segment.
Lead Quality Score
Monitor scoring accuracy; measure conversion rate from MQL to SQL to understand nurture sequence effectiveness.
Content Engagement Rate
Measure downloads, views, time-on-page for whitepapers, case studies, webinars; benchmark against industry standards.
Campaign ROI
Calculate spend vs pipeline value generated; track A/B test performance to optimize targeting and messaging.
Email Automation Metrics
Monitor open rates, click rates, unsubscribe rates across nurture sequences; target 25%+ open rate.

Is This Role For You?
- You've run B2B marketing campaigns end-to-end: from brief to execution to ROI analysis
- You're comfortable with marketing automation platforms and CRM tools; you can set up nurture sequences and measure pipeline impact
- You thrive managing multiple stakeholders (sales teams, agencies, internal partners) and can translate strategy into executable tactics
- You write and create content that sells—whitepapers, case studies, email sequences that actually convert B2B prospects
- You expect mostly strategic work; this role is 60% execution and hands-on campaign management
- You're not comfortable with data + analytics; this job requires constant A/B testing and ROI measurement
- You need full remote flexibility; this is strictly on-site in Levallois-Perret
