The Challenge

BURLEBO is scaling fast and needs a marketing leader who can build a department from the ground up. You'll translate brand vision into measurable growth across paid, partnerships, and retention-then hire and mentor the team to execute it.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit current marketing operations and design scalable systems, processes, and reporting structure

Define paid media strategy and identify quick wins in channel optimization to improve ROAS

3

Hire 1-2 key marketing roles (likely paid media specialist or campaign manager)

4

Establish weekly cadence with Head of Brand and monthly reporting dashboard for exec leadership

By 6 Months
1

Launch integrated campaign across paid media, partnerships, and retention driving measurable CAC and LTV improvements

2

Build high-performing marketing team with clear OKRs, accountability structures, and mentorship framework

3

Implement marketing analytics infrastructure providing real-time visibility into channel performance and attribution

4

Scale paid media spend profitably across platforms with documented testing roadmap and optimization playbook

KPIs You'll Own

CAC by Channel

Track cost per acquisition across paid media, partnerships, and other channels to optimize spend allocation.

Retention/Repeat Purchase Rate

Measure customer lifetime value and repeat purchase behavior driven by retention marketing initiatives.

ROAS (Paid Media)

Return on ad spend across digital platforms; primary lever for evaluating paid media performance and scaling.

Marketing Contribution to Revenue

Attribution of top-line revenue directly influenced by marketing efforts across all channels.

Team Productivity/Hiring Velocity

Time-to-hire and onboarding efficiency as you build the marketing department.
