The Challenge

BraindCode is building a complete AI-powered SaaS ecosystem (8 products, a marketplace, a bootcamp) and they need someone who gets it: you're not here to execute marketing tasks—you're here to build growth systems using AI. You'll ship acquisition funnels, test ideas fast, and learn how to scale.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Build and launch 3+ acquisition funnels (quiz, lead magnet, or gamified funnel) using AI automation

Run 5+ growth experiments (content, paid ads, or viral mechanics) and document results with clear metrics

Produce 15+ pieces of AI-assisted content (blog, video scripts, email sequences) that drive measurable leads

Master 2 core tools in the BraindCode stack (CRM, workflow automation, or marketplace analytics)

By 6 Months

Scale one successful funnel to 1000+ qualified leads per month using AI-driven personalization

Design and execute a full product launch campaign for one of the 8 SaaS tools with repeatable playbook

Track weekly leads generated per funnel, with focus on conversion rate to qualified prospect.

CAC (Cost per Acquisition)

Measure cost-per-lead and cost-per-paying-customer across all channels; optimize down monthly.

Funnel Velocity

Time from lead to closed deal or MQL; shorter is better, automation should improve this.

Content ROI

Leads and revenue attributed to content pieces; every article/video should have clear business impact.
