The Challenge
Binance is the world's largest crypto exchange by volume, trusted by 280M+ users globally. You'll drive user growth across Southeast Asia by designing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that move the needle on acquisition, retention, and lifecycle value in a hyper-competitive space.
Your Mission
Map current user acquisition channels and establish baseline KPIs for paid social (TikTok, Meta, Twitter) and email campaigns
Design and launch first cohort of segmented email campaigns with A/B testing framework to measure ROI
Build layered incentive system and lifecycle management mechanism for at least 2 user segments
Establish data analysis framework and dashboard to monitor user growth metrics weekly
Scale profitable paid social campaigns to 3x monthly user acquisition volume with maintained or improved CAC
Execute 3+ integrated marketing campaigns with cross-functional alignment, each hitting 20%+ above target ROI
Develop and implement differentiated operation strategies for 4+ user cohorts with personalized messaging
Coordinate 2+ online/offline lead generation events with measurable conversion metrics and partnership ROI

Measure revenue generated per dollar spent across email, paid social, and partnership channels.
Monthly Active User (MAU) Growth %
Monitor month-over-month user growth rate driven by your marketing activities.
Email Open & Click-Through Rate
Track engagement metrics on promotional and triggered email campaigns to optimize send strategy.
Paid Social ROAS
Return on ad spend across TikTok, Meta, and Twitter campaigns as primary performance indicator.

Is This Role For You?
- You've driven paid social campaigns (TikTok, Meta, Twitter) with proven ROI improvement at scale
- You're bilingual in English and Vietnamese and can communicate across global and regional teams
- You're data-obsessed: you build frameworks, monitor KPIs religiously, and make decisions based on analytics
- You've designed user lifecycle strategies, segmentation, or incentive systems that moved retention/LTV
- You're comfortable in crypto/fintech or learn blockchain concepts quickly
- You need remote-only work; this role requires on-site presence in Vietnam with occasional flexibility
- You lack hands-on experience building and optimizing paid social campaigns at scale
- You're not comfortable with ambiguity or fast iteration—you need perfect briefs before executing
- You can't speak Vietnamese fluently or haven't coordinated campaigns across language barriers
