Your Mission
Build 2-3 core Tableau dashboards tracking ABM pipeline, lead reactivation funnel, and campaign ROI with automated alerts
Establish SQL query library and Python scripts for weekly campaign performance pulls and stat testing
Design and document A/B testing framework for email and ABM experiments with statistical rigor
Deliver first 3 insights-driven recommendations backed by causal analysis or predictive models
Own predictive lead scoring model improving reactivation targeting by 20%+
Build automated alert system flagging performance anomalies in real-time across campaigns
Design and run 4+ statistically valid ABM experiments with documented learnings
Scale dashboarding to include forecasting models and cohort analysis for revenue planning

Is This Role For You?
- You've built 3+ production Tableau or Power BI dashboards and know how to make them actually useful (not vanity metrics)
- You're comfortable writing SQL for complex joins and Python for data pipelines—not just point-and-click BI tools
- You've run A/B tests, understand p-values and sample size, and can explain why correlation ≠causation to marketing teams
- You geek out on ABM or email marketing data and want to optimize real revenue drivers, not just top-of-funnel noise
- You thrive remote and can communicate async—async dashboards and written insights beat Slack wars every time
- You're still learning SQL and Python—this role needs hands-on technical chops from day one
- You prefer waterfall processes and lots of meetings over shipping insights fast; BairesDev moves at startup speed
- You've never done marketing analytics or A/B testing and want to learn on the job—3+ years marketing data experience expected
- You need office energy and face time; this is fully remote and requires strong self-direction
