The Challenge

Alpiq is tripling down on its retail energy business in France and needs you to build their strategic partnership engine from the ground up. You'll own both the partnership acquisition strategy and growth optimization—managing a team while hitting aggressive expansion targets across a competitive energy market.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Map high-potential partnership sectors and create a qualified pipeline of 15+ strategic partners

2

Establish baseline metrics for existing partnerships (conversion rates, LTV, churn by partner channel)

3

Launch first A/B testing framework on conversion pages to identify quick-win CRO improvements

4

Onboard and align your direct report (Acquisition Manager) on Q1 growth priorities and reporting cadence

By 6 Months
1

Close 8-12 new strategic partnerships, targeting 3x growth in partner count with clear SLA agreements

2

Improve partner-driven CAC by 25% through testing and optimization of acquisition funnels

3

Implement unified data infrastructure (CRM/analytics stack) to reliably track CPA, payment rejection, churn, and LTV by channel

4

Design and execute 3+ new service/product bundling offers with existing customers to lift LTV by minimum 15%

KPIs You'll Own

CPA (Cost Per Acquisition)

Track cost efficiency by partnership channel to identify top-performing partners and optimize underperformers.

LTV (Lifetime Value)

Is This Role For You?

For You If
  • You've successfully scaled partnerships or growth channels in a fast-growth B2C or B2B2C environment (4+ years proven track record)
  • You're fluent in both strategy (partnership sourcing, negotiation, structuring) and execution (A/B testing, CRO, data-driven optimization)
  • You thrive on owning the full lifecycle—from partner identification through deployment, measurement, and iteration
  • You're comfortable managing a direct report and wearing both the leadership and hands-on operator hats
Won't Work If
  • You need remote flexibility—this role is 100% on-site in Paris, no exceptions signaled
  • You're looking for a pure partnership or pure growth role; this requires excellence across both domains and you own both P&Ls
  • You struggle with ambiguity in fast-scaling environments; expect to build playbooks from scratch with limited historical data
