The Challenge

AIRVANCE, a 60-year-old air quality expert, is restructuring its marketing function across a multi-brand, international group. You'll own the digital strategy and corporate comms playbook—building brand visibility, driving e-commerce performance, and keeping 3+ subsidiaries aligned on messaging.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit current digital presence across group brands; identify gaps and quick wins (SEO, CMS, site performance)

2

Co-define digital roadmap with comms lead and IT; establish KPI dashboard for visibility, conversion, leads

3

Launch content calendar for corporate channels (web, socials); ensure brand consistency across filiales

4

Kick off first e-commerce performance project (traffic, conversion funnel analysis)

By 6 Months
1

Deploy new group digital strategy across 3+ subsidiaries with localization playbooks

Deliver 2 major digital projects (new corporate site or CMS upgrade; e-commerce expansion)

Establish lead generation engine with measurable pipeline impact (form fills, qualified leads, velocity)

4

Build quarterly reporting cadence; demonstrate ROI on digital spend and brand lift metrics

KPIs You'll Own

Website Traffic & Conversion Rate

Drive qualified visitors to corporate and e-commerce sites; track conversion funnel health (landing → lead/sale).

Lead Generation Volume

Measure qualified leads captured across digital channels; track cost-per-lead and sales handoff quality.

E-commerce Revenue & AOV

Monitor online sales growth, average order value, and repeat customer rate as digital becomes revenue lever.

Brand Consistency Score

Audit messaging, visual identity, and content alignment across filiales; track compliance to brand guidelines.

Organic Search Visibility

Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, and SEO health across group domains in key markets.

  • You're comfortable with ambiguity and structuring marketing from scratch (not just optimizing existing channels)
  • You speak French or are willing to learn—multilingual comms team working across European filiales

  • You need full remote work or want to avoid travel to filiales; this is strictly on-site
  • You're averse to cross-functional alignment—IT, comms, sales, and subsidiary leaders will all have opinions
  • You want to focus solely on paid acquisition or growth hacking over brand strategy and content
