The Challenge

Acceleration Partners is building out their Strategic Partner Development Department and needs someone who can own the Mexico/LATAM affiliate space. You'll manage high-value publisher relationships, pitch opportunities to clients, and drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Map and audit top 10 existing publishers for assigned clients; identify performance gaps and optimization opportunities

2

Establish 5+ new high-quality publisher relationships in Mexico/LATAM vertical aligned to client needs

3

Deliver 3+ client pitches on strategic partnership opportunities with documented outcomes

4

Set up relationship tracker system and maintain 95% consistency on placement/performance updates

By 6 Months
1

Drive $XXX,XXX in incremental revenue through publisher optimization and new partnerships

Build subject matter expertise across 3+ client verticals; become go-to resource for LATAM affiliate insights

Execute 2+ commission increase negotiations or paid placement deals that improve ROI for clients

Develop repeatable business development playbook for identifying and vetting high-potential partners in region

Managed Partner Revenue Growth

Track incremental revenue generated from top 10 publishers and new partnerships against departmental growth goals.

Publisher Relationship Score

Monitor engagement level, communication frequency, and optimization wins with key publishers quarterly.

Placement Tracker Accuracy

Maintain 95%+ data accuracy on relationship tracker and client-approved placement trackers.

New Partnership Close Rate

Measure % of identified opportunities that convert to active paid placements or partnerships.

Client Engagement

Track number and quality of client calls, strategic recommendations provided, and action items executed.

  • You've managed affiliate, partner, or publisher relationships and can speak intelligently about performance optimization
  • You're fluent in Spanish and have experience or genuine interest in LATAM market dynamics
  • You thrive on cold outreach and relationship building—you're comfortable pitching without hand-holding
  • You're obsessive about data, tracking, and updating systems without being asked
  • You think "how, not if" and proactively spot revenue opportunities without waiting for direction
Won't Work If
  • You need in-office collaboration or prefer synchronous teamwork—this is independent-driven with async communication
  • You don't have experience with affiliate/partner channel or aren't willing to learn it quickly
  • You're not fluent in Spanish or can't commit to Mexico City residency/travel
  • You avoid cold outreach or need a structured sales process before picking up the phone
