Position Overview
We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Growth Marketing Manager to lead customer acquisition, user engagement, and paid subscription growth initiatives. This role is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that attract qualified users, increase conversion rates, and drive recurring revenue through subscription-based products and services.
The ideal candidate combines creativity with data-driven decision-making and has a proven track record of scaling user acquisition, optimizing conversion funnels, and improving customer lifetime value (LTV).
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Acquisition & Lead Generation
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads and customer acquisition.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
- Identify and test new acquisition channels to accelerate user growth.
- Create compelling marketing initiatives that increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
Conversion Optimization
- Analyze customer journeys and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates.
- Design and execute A/B testing strategies for landing pages, advertisements, email campaigns, and subscription funnels.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to improve user onboarding and activation.
Subscription Growth & Revenue Expansion
- Develop strategies to increase free-to-paid conversions.
- Optimize subscription pricing, promotions, retention campaigns, and upsell opportunities.
- Monitor subscription performance metrics including MRR, ARR, CAC, ROAS, LTV, churn rate, and retention.
- Implement lifecycle marketing campaigns to maximize recurring revenue.
Content & Digital Marketing
- Oversee content marketing initiatives including blogs, social media, webinars, email marketing, and customer success stories.
- Create messaging that clearly communicates product value and drives user action.
- Work with designers and content creators to develop high-converting marketing assets.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze campaign performance using data and marketing analytics tools.
- Provide regular reports and actionable insights to leadership.
- Continuously optimize marketing spend and customer acquisition efficiency.
QualificationsRequired
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Demand Generation.
- Proven success driving customer acquisition and subscription growth.
- Strong understanding of conversion funnels, lead generation, and customer lifecycle marketing.
- Experience with Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, Meta Ads, Google Ads, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and project management abilities.
Preferred
- Experience in SaaS, AI, technology, fintech, or subscription-based businesses.
- Mandarin Speaker Strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with SEO, marketing automation, CRM systems, and growth experimentation frameworks.
- Experience managing marketing budgets and achieving measurable ROI.Key Success Metrics
