Is This Role For You?

For You If
  • You love working with data: Excel fluency + curiosity about why numbers move is table stakes
  • You've juggled multiple stakeholders (Ops, Marketing, Sales) and delivered under pressure
  • You're obsessed with metrics like ROAS and conversion funnels—not just tracking, but optimizing
  • You thrive in high-growth, fast-moving environments and can turn ambiguity into structure
  • You're based in/willing to work on-site in Greater São Paulo
Won't Work If
  • You need remote flexibility—this is on-site only in São Paulo
  • You're early in your career (< 1 year marketing/analytics experience); they want someone ready to own campaigns immediately
  • You see data as a reporting function, not a strategic lever for growth and optimization
