The Challenge
Klaviyo is hunting for a Content Marketing Lead to own the full content engine—from strategy through measurement—across campaigns, demand gen, and thought leadership. You'll modernize how they produce content globally using AI workflows while driving measurable pipeline impact across segments and regions.
Your Mission
Audit and map existing content strategy across campaigns, demand gen, and thought leadership; identify gaps and prioritization for 2026
Design and pilot an AI-assisted editorial workflow using Claude Code or Claude CoWork to improve content production speed by 30%+
Own launch of 2-3 high-impact gated assets (ebook, white paper, research report) that support Q1 segment go-to-market motions
Establish editorial standards, tone guidelines, and narrative frameworks that align global content across teams and regions
Scale AI-assisted production workflows globally with documented playbooks, templates, and prompts used across internal teams and agencies
Launch a cohesive thought leadership content program including 4+ executive bylines, customer stories, and industry perspectives
Build and execute a content repurposing engine that turns research, webinars, and events into 3+ format variations per asset
Measure and report content performance against pipeline influence, lead velocity, and brand perception KPIs; iterate based on data

Average engagement rate and time spent on campaign and thought leadership content pieces.
Thought Leadership Reach
Impressions, shares, and media mentions tied to executive bylines and industry perspective content.

Is This Role For You?
- You've led content strategy and production at scale—campaigns, demand gen, thought leadership, or all three
- You have hands-on experience with AI-assisted content workflows (Claude, Copilot, or similar) and can evangelize modernization
- You're comfortable owning the full content lifecycle: ideation, briefing, editing, QA, measurement, and iteration
- You're collaborative by nature but can drive decisions independently and hold quality standards across distributed teams
- You care about metrics: lead volume, pipeline influence, engagement rates, and ROI—not just content output
- You're purely a writer or creative; this role needs a strategic operator who can build systems and manage production at scale
- You shy away from data and measurement or treat attribution as someone else's problem
- You've never used AI tools for content production and aren't eager to learn and pioneer new workflows
- You need remote flexibility; this is on-site in San Francisco
