CI&T is a 30-year-old tech transformation giant with 8,000+ employees and 1,000+ enterprise clients. You'll own demand generation strategy for priority verticals in North America, building integrated ABM programs that drive pipeline for complex, long-cycle enterprise deals.
Your Mission
Map priority verticals, define target account lists, and establish baseline pipeline metrics with sales leadership
Launch first integrated demand generation campaign across digital, content, and events for assigned vertical
Document ABM engagement strategy and build reporting dashboard tracking MQLs, SQLs, and influenced revenue
Onboard and align distributed team members; establish weekly cadence with sales and cross-functional partners
Execute 3+ full-cycle integrated campaigns across assigned verticals with documented pipeline impact and ROI
Establish predictable MQL-to-SQL conversion rates and influence metrics; optimize underperforming channels
Build and mentor high-performing demand gen team; mentor 2+ team members on campaign strategy and execution
Present quarterly business review to executives showing pipeline contribution, spend efficiency, and vertical-specific insights

Qualified Pipeline Generated
Total pipeline dollars influenced by demand gen campaigns, tracked by vertical and account segment.
MQL-to-SQL Conversion Rate
Percentage of marketing-qualified leads that convert to sales-qualified leads, benchmarked by vertical.
Cost Per Influenced Opportunity
Total demand gen spend divided by number of influenced opportunities created.
Campaign ROI & Attribution
Revenue influenced by campaigns vs. marketing spend; tracked through multi-touch attribution model.
Account Engagement Rate
Percentage of target accounts actively engaged in ABM programs by vertical and buying group.

Is This Role For You?
- You have 5-8 years driving B2B demand gen or vertical marketing in enterprise tech/consulting environments
- You thrive managing ABM programs and can translate business strategy into integrated multi-channel campaigns
- You're comfortable juggling planning AND execution-you want to think strategically but also get hands-on with campaigns
- You want to own P&L responsibility, manage a team, and report measurable pipeline impact to executives
- You have deep experience with enterprise sales teams, long buying cycles, and complex deal structures
- You prefer remote work or flexibility-this is on-site, full-time in SF
- You expect only strategic work; this role requires significant hands-on campaign execution and vendor coordination
- You lack experience with account-based marketing or enterprise pipeline metrics
