The Challenge

Amplitude is the leading digital analytics platform trusted by product teams to drive growth. You'll own pipeline generation strategy for a 201-500 person company in a competitive analytics market—this isn't lead generation theater, it's revenue motion.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Map current demand gen funnel, identify bottlenecks in lead-to-pipeline conversion, and establish baseline metrics across channels

Launch 2-3 high-impact campaigns (email, ABM, or content-driven) targeting ICP segments with measurable pipeline contribution

Build cross-functional feedback loops with sales to define what actually constitutes qualified pipeline

4

Document playbook for repeatable pipeline generation process with clear hand-off criteria to sales

By 6 Months
1

Scale pipeline generation to hit quarterly targets with clear attribution and CAC analysis by channel

Establish ABM framework for enterprise segment with personalized outreach and landing page variants

3

Optimize lead nurture sequences based on buyer behavior data and sales win/loss feedback

Build content or campaign calendar that feeds sales with consistent pipeline opportunities month-over-month

  • You can partner with sales ops and product marketing without needing permission from above
  • You thrive in hybrid environments and actually show up to SF 2-3x/week
