The Challenge

Picnic is disrupting workplace food delivery across a $80B market projected to hit $500B+ by 2030. You'll own the entire CRM engine—from email design and segmentation to conversion optimization—building scalable marketing processes from the ground up.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit and optimize existing email campaigns: establish baseline metrics (open rate, CTR, conversion), run initial A/B tests on subject lines and send times, and document all audience segments with clear segmentation logic

Build a HubSpot automation framework: create 3-5 core workflows (welcome series, onboarding, re-engagement) with proper triggers and scoring to reduce manual execution

Develop a monthly marketing metrics dashboard: track email performance, landing page conversions, customer acquisition cost, and campaign ROI with clear ownership of data quality

Create a sales support collateral repository: audit all existing materials, establish a naming convention and version control system, and produce 2-3 new assets (one-pagers, case studies)

Achieve measurable lift in key CRM metrics: increase email open rates by 15%, click-through rates by 20%, and conversion rates by 25% through continuous A/B testing

Scale segmentation strategy: build audience segments based on customer behavior, company size, and engagement stage to enable personalized campaign messaging at scale

Calculate blended CAC by campaign and channel to assess marketing ROI and budget allocation.

Segmentation Accuracy

Measure the performance lift of segmented vs. non-segmented campaigns to validate audience definition quality.

A/B Test Velocity

Track number of tests launched monthly to ensure continuous optimization cadence.
