Accountabilities:

  • Operate and manage a CRM platform (Insider), including campaign setup across email, SMS, push notifications, and WhatsApp.

  • Build, edit, and maintain responsive HTML email templates ensuring proper rendering and usability across devices.

  • Create and manage audience segmentation, contact lists, and customer databases based on behavioral and transactional data.

  • Develop, schedule, and monitor automated communication flows, including lifecycle journeys and trigger-based campaigns.

  • Analyze campaign performance using KPIs such as open rate, click-through rate, conversion rate, and revenue impact.

  • Translate performance data into actionable insights and recommendations for continuous campaign optimization.

  • Support strategic planning alongside a CRM manager and client stakeholders, contributing to communication strategy improvements.

Requirements:

  • Experience operating CRM platforms, preferably Insider or similar marketing automation tools.

  • Strong knowledge of HTML for email development and responsive template creation.

  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Docs, Slides).

  • Experience analyzing CRM campaign performance and interpreting operational and business KPIs.

  • Understanding of inbound marketing strategies and automated communication flows across multiple channels.

  • Ability to manage data-driven segmentation and personalization using platform variables.

  • Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Nice to have: experience with Insider platform, basic programming knowledge, English proficiency (advanced or fluent), and CRM-related certifications.
