The Challenge

Banco Azteca's digital ecosystem needs someone who owns every CRM campaign from validation to reporting. You'll be the operational backbone ensuring flawless launches across acquisitions, activations, and recoveries for their mobile banking and commerce apps.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Master CleverTap end-to-end: build expertise validating segmentations, journeys, and campaign specs before any launch

Establish weekly/monthly reporting cadence with real performance data (open rates, click rates, conversion funnels) for all three brands

Create and document launch checklist (segmentation validation, copy review, deeplink testing, creative assets QA) to prevent errors

4

Build stakeholder communication protocol with Growth, Product, and ops teams for incident escalation and resolution tracking

By 6 Months
1

Reduce campaign launch defects by 50% through rigorous pre-launch validation and documented QA processes

Drive measurable improvements in key CRM metrics: lift user retention by 3-5%, improve re-engagement rates for dormant users

Own technical troubleshooting on CleverTap platform—diagnose segmentation issues, journey breakpoints, and data quality problems

4

Develop training documentation and mentorship for junior team members on platform operations and campaign best practices

  • You've run CRM campaigns at scale in CleverTap, Iterable, Klaviyo, or similar platforms—and you know segmentation logic inside out
  • You obsess over launch quality: you manually validate every campaign element before it goes live because broken emails hurt metrics and trust
  • You're fluent in fintech/banking context: mobile banking apps, customer acquisition funnels, retention mechanics, user reactivation
  • You love data: you generate your own reports, spot trends, recommend optimizations backed by numbers
Won't Work If
  • You expect a fully remote setup—this is 100% on-site in Mexico City, no flexibility
  • You need a manager who codes your dashboards for you—you'll be hands-on in CleverTap/SFMC building your own
  • You lack hands-on platform experience: theory only, no practical campaign launch experience, won't cut it here
