The Challenge
Betr is the fastest-growing real money gaming super app in the US with 1M+ paying users across sportsbooks, casino, and skill games. You'll own CRM strategy across email, push, SMS, and in-app to drive retention and LTV in a hyper-competitive, regulated gaming space.
Your Mission
Map current player lifecycle journeys and identify optimization gaps; establish baseline metrics for onboarding, activation, and 30-day retention
Build and launch 3 high-impact segmentation strategies (new players, high-value, at-risk) in Braze with A/B tests on messaging cadence
Partner with Product and Analytics to instrument event tracking for real-time triggers; document technical requirements for lifecycle campaigns
Execute 2-3 promotional campaigns (bonuses, seasonal offers) while maintaining compliance with state gaming regulations and responsible gaming standards
Increase player LTV by 15-20% through optimized retention and reactivation journeys; demonstrate ROI on CRM spend vs. acquisition
Scale VIP program with tiered engagement flows; build playbook for high-value player personalization based on game preferences and spend patterns
Establish CRM testing cadence: A/B test 1 campaign element weekly (subject lines, send times, offers); document winning patterns in playbooks
Reduce player churn by 10% in key cohorts through predictive reactivation campaigns; present quarterly insights on player lifecycle trends to leadership

- You've shipped CRM campaigns in Braze and obsess over retention metrics, LTV, and player lifecycle hooks
