Required Experience
3 to 6 years of experience in Content Marketing, Content Management or B2B SaaS Marketing.
Previous experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
Excellent writing and editing skills in French & English.
Experience creating content that supports acquisition, engagement and growth.
Natural storyteller with a keen eye for design and aesthetics
Experience building scalable content operations through a combination of internal resources, AI and external partners.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

We’re looking for a hands-on Content Marketing Manager to build our content system and scale content initiatives across France, Europe and North America.
Letsignit is moving from a single product to a platform, a new category and a new way of telling our story. That means more launches, more go-to-market, more markets, and a real need for content that is structured, consistent and fast to ship.
Working closely with the CMO, Product Marketing, Acquisition, Sales and Customer Success teams, you’ll create high-performing content that supports brand awareness, demand generation, customer engagement and revenue growth. Just as importantly, you’ll build the system behind it: the templates, messages, angles, proof points and workflows that let the whole team move faster.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both strategy and execution, loves building things, and is excited about leveraging AI, automation and modern workflows, using AI to amplify judgement, not replace it.
Your Mission
Build the content system and turn strategy into execution
Build and own a content system (templates, messages, angles, proof points, workflows) the whole team can rely on.
Translate business priorities into actionable content plans.
Own and manage the editorial calendar.
Coordinate content production across France, Europe and North America.
Adapt content to local market realities while maintaining a consistent global narrative.
Ensure projects move quickly and get delivered on time.
Create content that drives business results
Create and adapt content across the entire funnel, including:
Articles and thought leadership content
Landing pages and website copy
Case studies and customer stories
Sales enablement assets
Product launch content
Webinar, video and event content
You’ll create content for multiple audiences, including:
Marketing & Communication leaders
Internal Communication teams
HR & Employer Branding teams
IT & Digital Workplace leaders
Executive stakeholders
Support acquisition and international growth
Support SEO, GEO and demand generation initiatives.
Create campaign assets for paid, organic and nurturing programs.
Give Acquisition structured, ready-to-use content so campaigns launch faster.
Collaborate closely with Acquisition, Product Marketing and Sales teams.
Support product launches and go-to-market initiatives.
Adapt messaging for different markets while maintaining a consistent brand narrative.
- Scale content production with AI
Leverage AI to accelerate research, content creation and repurposing, with judgement.
Build repeatable workflows and scalable content systems.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and experimentation.
Stay ahead of emerging content, AI and search trends.
Drive content adoption and continuous improvement
Stay closely connected with Sales, Customer Success and Product teams to understand evolving needs and priorities.
Create content that helps teams communicate more effectively with prospects and customers.
Ensure content assets are adopted, used and valued by internal stakeholders.
Gather feedback and performance insights to continuously improve content quality and impact.
Identify opportunities to improve workflows, tools and production processes.
Leverage the right mix of AI, freelancers and agency partners to scale content efficiently and effectively.
