Accountabilities:
You will lead the development of creative concepts for high-stakes influencer marketing pitches and integrated campaigns, ensuring ideas are culturally relevant, platform-native, and strategically grounded. You will collaborate closely with strategy and business development teams to turn insights and audience tensions into compelling campaign narratives. Key responsibilities include:
Developing bold, tension-driven creative concepts for influencer-led campaigns, RFPs, and multi-platform activations
Translating cultural insights, audience data, and trend signals into breakthrough creative territories
Partnering with strategy teams to ensure all ideas are rooted in strong strategic foundations and audience understanding
Supporting business development efforts by shaping persuasive, pitch-ready creative narratives for new and existing clients
Contributing to trend analysis, cultural POVs, and creative frameworks that inform agency-wide thinking
Ensuring creative output is adaptable across social, experiential, and integrated brand touchpoints
Presenting ideas clearly and compellingly to internal teams and client stakeholders
Requirements You bring 4-7 years of experience in influencer marketing, social-first creative, or digital agency environments, with a strong portfolio of work that has driven cultural impact and engagement. You are deeply fluent in social platforms and understand how creators shape modern brand storytelling. You combine strong conceptual thinking with sharp executional craft and thrive in fast-moving pitch environments. Key qualifications include:
4-7 years of experience in influencer marketing, social, or digital-first creative roles
Proven ability to develop standout campaign ideas that perform culturally and commercially
Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging creator platforms
Strong ability to turn insights and cultural tensions into compelling creative concepts
Experience working across multiple industries (e.g., CPG, beauty, tech, luxury, or entertainment)
Excellent storytelling, presentation, and communication skills
Strong collaboration skills with strategy, account, and business development teams
Ability to manage multiple creative projects under tight deadlines in pitch-driven environments
Strong cultural awareness and instinct for emerging digital trends
Bonus: experience using AI tools or visual AI platforms for rapid ideation and mockups
