Home Offer 365 is looking for an experienced Brand Ambassador & Marketing Manager to help build a nationally recognized consumer brand.

This isn't a traditional marketing role. We're looking for someone who can become the face and voice of Home Offer 365-someone who is comfortable on camera, excels at storytelling, and knows how to build trust through authentic content, community engagement, strategic partnerships, and media exposure.

If you've built a personal brand, grown an engaged audience, hosted a podcast, collaborated with influencers, or helped companies become household names, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute Home Offer 365's national branding strategy.
• Serve as the Company's Brand Ambassador across social media, podcasts, public speaking engagements, and marketing campaigns.
• Create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
• Build relationships with influencers, creators, podcast hosts, media outlets, and strategic partners.
• Increase brand awareness through educational content, interviews, speaking engagements, and community outreach.
• Coordinate with photographers, videographers, designers, and content creators.
• Track analytics, engagement, lead generation, and campaign performance while recommending growth strategies.
• Work directly with leadership to grow Home Offer 365, Simply List, Elite Real Estate, and future affiliated brands.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who doesn't just manage marketing-they build brands, communities, and influence.

The ideal candidate has:

• 5+ years of experience in branding, marketing, public relations, media, social media, or content creation.
• A proven history of building recognizable brands and growing consumer audiences.
• Strong storytelling, communication, and public speaking skills.
• Confidence representing a company on camera and in public.
• Experience developing strategic partnerships and expanding brand recognition.
• A portfolio demonstrating measurable success in audience growth, engagement, lead generation, or brand awareness.

Preferred Qualifications

• An established social media following or highly engaged online community.
• Existing relationships with influencers, creators, podcast hosts, television, radio, or media outlets.
• Experience securing media appearances, brand partnerships, sponsorships, or community collaborations.
• Real estate, home services, lifestyle, finance, or consumer marketing experience.
• Video production, graphic design, photography, or AI marketing experience.
