Position Summary: Build, Scale, and Lead Something Exceptional

At Burr Roofing, Siding & Windows, we’re not looking for someone to simply “run marketing”-we’re looking for a builder, a strategist, and a growth driver.

In this senior leadership role, you will serve as the architect and accelerator of our entire marketing engine. You’ll own the vision, strategy, and execution behind how Burr shows up in the market-driving qualified leads, building long-term brand equity, and transforming our marketing operation from strong to truly elite.

This is a hands-on leadership opportunity where you’ll guide strategy, develop people, and step in to execute when it matters most. If you’re energized by growth, accountability, and making a measurable impact, this role is built for you.

What You’ll Own & Drive

  • Take full ownership of the lead generation funnel-from awareness to conversion-optimizing every touchpoint for performance and growth
  • Build and execute strategic marketing plans aligned with Burr’s long-term vision and 3-Year Picture
  • Manage and optimize the marketing budget with a sharp focus on ROI, efficiency, and scalability
  • Champion brand excellence and consistency across digital, print, job sites, and in-person experiences
  • Lead and collaborate with digital partners, SEO/PPC teams, and creative agencies to maximize results
  • Develop, coach, and elevate a high-performing marketing team, including Brand Ambassadors and event-driven roles
  • Launch and oversee high-impact campaigns-from jobsite radius marketing to direct mail, email nurture, and social storytelling
  • Build and leverage data-driven insights, including dashboards that track lead sources, conversion rates, and customer acquisition cost
  • Position Burr as the go-to exterior remodeling brand in Connecticut, known for quality, trust, and market leadership

Who You Are

  • A proven marketing leader (5-10+ years) who thrives in growth-focused environments
  • Bonus points if you bring experience in home improvement, construction, or design-build industries
  • Highly skilled across digital marketing channels (SEO/SEM, social, email, web, analytics, video)
  • A track record of turning marketing strategy into measurable growth-in both brand awareness and lead conversion
  • A natural leader with the ability to manage people, vendors, and budgets with clarity and confidence
  • Energized by fast-paced environments, high standards, and the opportunity to build something meaningful
  • Curious, gritty, and proactive-you don’t wait for direction, you create momentum
