The Challenge

VML is a WPP powerhouse working with global blue-chip brands like Microsoft, Coca-Cola, and Ford. You'll build and scale social strategies that drive real growth for enterprise clients across Latin America's fastest-growing market.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit and optimize social presence across 3-5 key client accounts, establishing baseline metrics and growth targets

Develop and present quarterly social strategies with specific KPIs (engagement, reach, conversion) for approval

3

Build team workflows and content calendars that ship 40+ pieces of monthly content across platforms

4

Establish reporting cadence with clients showing month-over-month performance against benchmarks

By 6 Months
1

Deliver 25%+ increase in engaged followers and 15%+ improvement in audience growth rate across managed accounts

Launch 2-3 integrated social campaigns that directly support client business objectives with measurable ROI

Mentor junior social team members on platform best practices, trend analysis, and community management

4

Present data-driven recommendations that inform broader creative and paid strategy decisions
