A recently established used clothing retailer is seeking a skilled Social Media Manager to develop and execute a comprehensive strategy aimed at increasing in-store foot traffic and enhancing brand visibility. The primary audience consists of young women interested in affordable fashion. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in content planning, demographic targeting, and campaign optimization to drive measurable results for a brick-and-mortar retail environment.
Deliverables
- Audit current social media presence and identify areas for improvement
- Develop a tailored social media strategy focused on increasing in-store visits
- Create a content calendar with engaging posts targeting the core demographic
- Advise on paid advertising campaigns to boost local reach and brand awareness
- Provide actionable recommendations for ongoing content optimization
- Track and report on key performance metrics related to foot traffic and engagement
- Proven experience managing social media for retail or fashion brands
- Strong understanding of content strategy, demographic targeting, and analytics
- Proficiency with major social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
- Ability to create and curate compelling visual and written content
- Experience with paid social campaigns and local audience targeting
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Availability for consultation and periodic check-ins
- Familiarity with trends in youth and affordable fashion is a plus
