The Challenge
Mind Friend is building a mental wellness brand that needs authentic social presence across 5+ platforms. You'll own the digital voice and drive engagement metrics that directly impact user acquisition and community growth.
Your Mission
Audit current social channels, establish baseline metrics (follower growth, engagement rate, reach), and develop platform-specific content calendars
Launch monthly paid social campaigns on 2-3 platforms with $X budget to test messaging and optimize ROAS
Build community management SOP: response time targets, engagement protocols, and escalation workflows
Produce 40+ pieces of original content (mix of educational, lifestyle, user-generated) across platforms
Grow engaged followers by 25-30% across primary platforms while maintaining or improving engagement rate
Reduce average response time to comments/DMs from industry standard to <4 hours
Generate monthly social-driven traffic reports showing conversion funnel from impression to signup
Test and scale 3 high-performing paid campaign formats with documented playbooks for repeatability

Signups or trial users originating from social channels via UTM tracking.

- You're comfortable with data—pulling insights from analytics tools and iterating based on performance
- You thrive in remote environments and can self-manage while collaborating async with marketing teams
- You create thumb-stopping content natively for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and LinkedIn (not just repurposing)
- You need prescriptive daily oversight or traditional office structure—this role requires autonomy and accountability
- Paid social campaigns intimidate you or you lack experience optimizing ad spend for ROAS
