Is This Role For You?

For You If
  • You've led product marketing or go-to-market strategy at a high-growth, consumer-facing tech or fintech company (B2C preferred)
  • You thrive writing clear, differentiated positioning and turning strategy into executable launch plans-and you love getting hands-on with creative, messaging, and analytics
  • You're comfortable with ambiguity and ownership: you'll shape roadmaps, build programs from scratch, and measure impact on hard metrics (adoption, conversion, LTV)
  • You have 5-7+ years in product marketing, growth marketing, or strategy roles; proven track record owning launches, positioning, and funnel metrics
Won't Work If
  • You want a strictly execution-focused role-this requires strategic input on product, pricing, and roadmap; you need to influence, not just execute
  • You're not comfortable being in Miami on-site; this is a day-1 on-site, in-office role
  • You've only worked in B2B SaaS or corporate marketing; consumer fintech and fast-moving product marketing are a stretch for you

Interview Process

1

Initial Screen

Hiring manager or recruiter; 30 min. Fit, background, and appetite for on-site Miami role.

2

GTM Case Study

You'll receive a real or hypothetical product launch scenario; 1-2 hours to outline positioning, GTM plan, metrics, and key decisions. Discussed with Product or Marketing lead.

3

Product & Strategy Conversation

1 hour with VP Product or CMO. Deep dive on market insight, positioning trade-offs, how you'd approach US segmentation, and alignment with product roadmap.

4

Team Collaboration

30-45 min with 1-2 Growth or Product partners. How you'd work together, handle disagreement, iterate fast, use data.

5

Exec Round

Optional final conversation with CMO or Chief Growth Officer to assess fit, ambition, and vision for US market entry.
