Lo que harás
Hightouch is a rare company built on the intersection of two fundamental technological shifts: advances in LLMs and agentic AI, and the creation and rapid adoption of cloud data warehouses like Snowflake and Databricks. Building on these tailwinds, we’ve become a leader in AI marketing and partner with industry leaders like Domino’s, Chime, Spotify, Ramp, Whoop, Grammarly, and over 1000 others.
Our team focuses on making a meaningful impact for our customers. We approach challenges with first-principles thinking, move quickly and efficiently, and treat each other with compassion and kindness. We look for team members who are strong communicators, have a growth mindset, and are motivated and persistent in achieving our goals.
About The Role
We’re hiring our first People Partner at Hightouch — a senior, fully autonomous partner who will help shape how we support managers and employees as we continue to scale globally. You’ll work closely with GTM leaders and managers across the company, acting as a trusted advisor on everything from employee relations to performance to compensation.
You won’t inherit a fully built playbook — you’ll help create it. If you’ve worked in a high-growth, global startup and enjoy operating with judgment, nuance, and impact, this role gives you the opportunity to leave a meaningful imprint on how People Partnering is done at Hightouch. This role reports directly to the Head of People Operations.
What You'll Do
- Own employee relations across our global organization, handling sensitive and complex situations with sound judgment, and working closely with our EOR partners to navigate local employment laws
- Partner with managers to navigate performance management, feedback, role clarity, and growth conversations with employees
- Design and deliver coaching and training for managers that raises the bar
- Partner closely with Legal, Finance, and People Ops to assess risk, ensure compliance, and drive sound people decisions across geographies.
- Support managers with compensation decisions, helping them make thoughtful, consistent calls within our frameworks and constraints.
- Contribute to the development and scaling of People programs by pressure-testing what works in practice and refining approaches based on real manager needs.
- Help evolve our People Ops processes and systems so they keep pace with rapid growth while setting us up well for what’s next.
- 10+ years of experience in People Partnering, HRBP, or closely related roles in high-growth, global organizations.
- Deep experience partnering with GTM organizations in fast-scaling environments.
- Strong employee relations expertise, including sound judgment in assessing people and business risk.
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior leaders and influence without authority.
- Comfort operating at the Executive level — able to challenge, align, and coach leaders with credibility.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to quickly ramp, dive into details, and operate effectively amid ambiguity.
- Excellent communication skills, including clear writing, crisp synthesis, and direct recommendations.
- Experience partnering across multiple geographies (e.g., US, EMEA, APAC).
- Ability to work out of our New York office 3x a week
- Open to 20% travel
