The Challenge
Socure is building identity trust infrastructure for the digital economy—verifying good identities in real-time and stopping fraud before it starts. You'll lead paid digital campaigns that drive brand awareness and revenue for a mission-driven company solving complex problems at scale.
Your Mission
Audit current paid channel performance (search, display, social, email) and establish baseline KPIs and benchmarks across all campaigns
Develop and launch optimized paid search and LinkedIn campaigns for Q1 demand generation with clear ROI targets and tracking
Build stakeholder alignment with content, product, and analytics teams on campaign strategy and establish cadence for weekly optimization reviews
Create comprehensive digital marketing budget allocation plan and vendor management framework for FY2026
Deliver 20%+ improvement in paid campaign ROI across channels through systematic A/B testing and audience segmentation
Launch and optimize 2-3 product-led or demand generation campaigns that hit or exceed lead generation targets
Mentor 1-2 junior team members with documented skill development plans and measurable performance improvements
Establish predictive analytics framework to forecast campaign performance and inform budget allocation decisions
KPIs You'll Own
CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost)
Track cost-per-acquisition across paid channels and optimize spend allocation to highest-converting sources.
Campaign ROI
Measure return on investment for all paid digital campaigns with target of 20%+ improvement quarter-over-quarter.
Lead Generation Volume & Quality
Monitor qualified leads generated from paid campaigns with conversion rates and MQL-to-SQL ratios.
Cost Per Click (CPC) & Click-Through Rate (CTR)
Benchmark paid search and social performance against industry standards and optimize bidding strategy.
Attribution & Multi-touch Analytics
Track customer journeys across paid channels to understand which touchpoints drive conversion and revenue.
