The Challenge
Lululemon is scaling their performance marketing engine across Mexico. You'll own the strategy and execution for paid search and social, driving incremental revenue and guest acquisition in a high-growth athletic apparel market.
Your Mission
Audit current SEM and Paid Social campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok; establish baseline performance benchmarks
Develop and present a 12-month paid marketing strategy with spend/revenue forecasts for Mexico market
Implement feed management optimization in Google Merchant Center to improve product visibility and ROAS
Build reporting cadence and insights dashboard for stakeholder visibility on campaign performance, CPA, and ROAS trends
Execute paid search campaign scaling strategy achieving 20%+ YoY revenue growth while maintaining or improving CAC
Launch and optimize cross-channel paid social strategy (Meta, TikTok) with documented audience segmentation and creative testing framework
Establish affiliate marketing program partnerships and performance metrics to diversify acquisition channels
Deliver quarterly business reviews with actionable insights and recommendations to executive stakeholders; implement top 3 recommendations
KPIs You'll Own
ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)
Track paid marketing efficiency across all channels; target 3.5x+ baseline by month 6.
CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost)
Monitor cost per new guest acquisition; ensure decreasing trend as optimization improves.
Paid Search CTR & Quality Score
Measure ad relevance and performance; maintain 7.0+ average Quality Score across campaigns.
Paid Social Engagement & Conversion Rate
Track Meta and TikTok campaign conversion rates; benchmark against industry standards.
Revenue Attribution
Quantify incremental revenue driven by performance marketing channel mix each quarter.
