Accountabilities:
Lead the technical direction and delivery of the partner acquisition platform, ensuring scalable, high-conversion systems across the entire user journey.
Architect and evolve experimentation systems (A/B testing, feature flags, analytics tracking) to support rapid product iteration and optimization.
Design and integrate full-stack solutions across frontend (React/TypeScript), backend (Kotlin/Java on AWS), and CRM/ERP systems such as Salesforce.
Ensure system reliability, performance, and maintainability across microservices and micro-frontend architectures.
Drive engineering excellence by defining SDLC standards, code quality practices, and observability frameworks.
Mentor and support a cross-functional team of engineers, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.
Partner with product and business stakeholders to translate growth objectives into technical roadmaps and scalable solutions.
Requirements:
Proven experience leading or managing cross-functional engineering teams in high-growth, product-driven environments.
Strong hands-on technical background with full-stack systems, including React, TypeScript, Kotlin or Java, and AWS.
Deep experience with distributed systems, microservices, and scalable frontend architectures.
Solid understanding of experimentation platforms, A/B testing methodologies, and feature flag systems (e.g., GrowthBook or similar).
Ability to actively code, review pull requests, and contribute to system design decisions.
Strong communication skills in English, with experience working in distributed and async-first environments.
AI-first mindset, with practical use of AI tools to improve engineering productivity and quality.
Experience in mentoring engineers and driving technical excellence across teams.
