Accountabilities
Lead the end-to-end strategy and execution of paid social campaigns across Mexico and Canada, ensuring full-funnel performance from awareness to conversion.
Manage campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, CTV, Reddit, and other emerging platforms, continuously identifying new growth opportunities.
Develop and execute experimentation frameworks, including A/B testing for creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and messaging.
Localize and adapt global strategies to regional market dynamics, ensuring cultural relevance and audience alignment in both Mexico and Canada.
Analyze performance data to optimize campaigns, improve ROI, and inform creative, targeting, and budget decisions.
Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing Operations, Brand, and Field Marketing to build integrated acquisition strategies.
Own budget allocation, pacing, and reporting, ensuring efficient spend and proactive identification of risks and opportunities.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in Paid Social or Performance Marketing with strong hands-on expertise in Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and CTV.
Proven experience managing paid media campaigns in Mexico and/or Canada with understanding of local audience behavior and platform dynamics.
Strong ability to build and optimize campaigns directly in platform tools such as Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Ads.
Solid understanding of B2B marketing, SaaS funnels, and performance attribution models.
Experience with tracking implementation, tagging (e.g., Google Tag Manager), and data-driven optimization approaches.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and growth strategies.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in cross-functional environments.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
