TEAM

Our Gaming team is made up of hybrid-casual, casual, and mid-core experts. Our 'Core' games team supports internal and external studios worldwide in creating, developing, and launching new hit games, whilst our 'Live' games team focuses on delivering higher engagement on our existing and successful games.

Joining our Live games team means collaborating with gaming industry experts on globally renowned, enduring games while embracing exciting new entrepreneurial ventures. With over seven billion downloads worldwide and a portfolio of more than 10 resilient hybrid games generating more than $20m per year, we are the world's largest and most successful hybrid publisher.

ROLE

As a Business Development & Strategic Partnerships Intern, you will join the Partnerships team to support our global growth strategy. You will work closely with the Head of Strategic Partnerships to identify, negotiate, and manage high-value relationships that impact our game portfolio and ecosystem.

Key Missions:

  • Strategic Sourcing: Identify promising partners (eg TikTok, Youtube, Meta, Netflix) through market research and competitive analysis.

  • Project Management: Support partnership opportunities from the initial lead stage through to post-closing management.

  • Operational Excellence: Assist in coordinating cross-functional projects involving Publishing, Growth, Finance, and Legal teams to deliver successful outcomes.

  • Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends, research new product segments (AI), and provide strategic insights for the team.

  • Reporting: Deliver clear and concise reporting on project progress and KPIs to senior stakeholders.

  • Mindset: You have a strong 80/20 mindset, focusing your efforts on projects with the highest potential business impact.

  • Analytical Skills: You possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on results.

  • Communication: You are straight, concise, and structured in both written and oral communication (English is mandatory).

  • Ownership: You are autonomous and act like an owner, ready to take initiative and escalate roadblocks proactively.

  • Education: You are a student from a top-tier Business school (eg HEC, ESSEC, ESCP, Bocconi)

  • Passion: You have a genuine interest in mobile gaming and tech ecosystems.
