We're looking for a Partnerships & Campaign Manager to join our growing team and help identify, develop, and manage strategic supply-side partnerships. This is an excellent opportunity to build a career in mobile marketing and ad tech while working with international partners.
You'll support the growth of our partner network, manage day-to-day campaign activity, and help ensure campaigns are running smoothly and efficiently. This role requires someone who is proactive, highly organized, analytical, and exceptionally detail-oriented.
What you'll do
- Identify, prospect, and qualify new partnership opportunities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing partners
- Support the full partnership development process, from initial outreach to onboarding
- Coordinate and manage campaign activity with partners on a day-to-day basis
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign setup, tracking, optimization, and partner communication
- Track, organize, and report on partnership activity, campaign performance, and pipeline metrics
- Analyze performance data and use insights to support campaign and partnership decisions
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, campaign details, and follow-ups with exceptional attention to detail
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and others extensively to maximize efficiency and productivity
What we're looking for
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with campaign and performance data
- Experience using Excel or Google Sheets is highly valued
- Dependable, structured, and able to manage multiple priorities at once
- Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good verbal and written English required
- Comfortable working with international partners and across time zones
- Experience in partnerships, business development, campaign management, account management, accounting, economics, or a related field is a plus
- Experience in mobile marketing, ad tech, mobile advertising, affiliate marketing, or digital marketing is a plus
