The Challenge

Gilead Sciences is fighting HIV and global health challenges. You'll lead digital marketing operations for their HIV business unit, translating complex business objectives into compliant, multi-channel campaigns that reach healthcare professionals and patients.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Map current digital marketing tech stack (SFMC, web, paid media, analytics) and identify operational bottlenecks blocking campaign velocity

2

Establish campaign delivery standards and governance framework for HIV brand initiatives with cross-functional stakeholders

3

Own 2-3 active HIV digital campaigns from requirement to execution, hitting timeline and quality benchmarks

4

Audit digital roadmap and prioritize optimization opportunities across paid media, marketing automation, and analytics

By 6 Months
1

Build out comprehensive digital marketing operations playbook covering campaign workflows, approval processes, and compliance checkpoints

2

Drive measurable improvement in campaign deployment speed and reduce time-to-launch by 25%+ through process optimization

3

Establish baseline performance metrics across all digital channels and create monthly performance dashboard for HIV brand leadership

4

Lead cross-functional capability alignment (paid media, SFMC, web, content) to enable seamless omnichannel campaign delivery

Percentage of digital campaigns launching on schedule with zero quality rework.

Cost Per Acquisition (HCP & Patient)

Track paid media efficiency across channels and optimize media spend allocation.

Campaign Performance Index

Composite score measuring engagement, compliance adherence, and stakeholder satisfaction across campaigns.

Operational Velocity

Time from requirements gathering to campaign launch across different initiative types.

Channel Performance

Monitor SFMC, web, paid media, and analytics KPIs to inform roadmap prioritization.
