The Challenge

Zscaler is scaling fast as an AI-forward cybersecurity leader, and they need someone to build the operational backbone of their growth machine. You'll own the end-to-end strategy for campaign intake, execution, and ROI measurement across a global team—turning ambiguous processes into repeatable systems that drive pipeline at scale.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit and document current growth marketing operations workflow; identify 3-5 critical bottlenecks in campaign intake, planning, and execution

Design and socialize optimized campaign intake and planning processes with web, campaigns, product, and field marketing stakeholders

Establish baseline QBR dashboards and ROI tracking framework (lead-to-pipeline visibility) with MOps

4

Onboard and align regional team on new processes; conduct 1:1s to understand skill gaps and development needs

By 6 Months
1

Launch and operationalize 2-3 scaled programs (webinars, customer workshops, email sequences) with documented playbooks

Reduce campaign planning cycle time by 30% and improve execution quality (on-time, on-brand delivery)

Build predictive ROI models showing campaign performance → pipeline impact; deliver monthly business reviews to leadership

4

Develop and execute talent development plan for team; hire or upskill 1-2 growth ops roles to scale capacity

On-time delivery, brand compliance, and stakeholder satisfaction; target 95%+ compliance rate.

Team Capacity & Utilization

Programs launched and optimized per team member; measure operational efficiency gains quarter-over-quarter.

Cross-Functional Alignment Index

Stakeholder satisfaction on process clarity and collaboration effectiveness; conduct quarterly pulse surveys.
