Xepelin is the digital CFO platform disrupting LATAM's $1M+ company network with automated financials and liquidity access. You'll transform this fintech into the region's most admired financial brand—owning narrative, PR, community, and digital distribution across Mexico and Chile.
Your Mission
Audit and refresh brand identity (purpose, personality, visual system) with regional consistency playbook for Mexico + Chile expansion
Launch 360° awareness campaign (offline + digital) measuring lift in brand recall and preference vs. competitors within 90 days
Build thought leadership pipeline: position 2-3 company leaders with published op-eds, podcast appearances, and media placements in top-tier fintech/business outlets
Establish brand governance framework: templates, tone guidelines, approval workflows to reduce production cycle time by 40%
Achieve 25%+ uplift in brand awareness metrics (aided/unaided recall) across target SMB and mid-market segments in Mexico
Deliver integrated PR strategy with sustained media presence: 15+ quality business/tech placements and 5+ thought leadership articles monthly
Build owned digital distribution system: newsletter, content hub, social amplification with 3:1 engagement rate benchmark vs. industry
Map marketing impact on pipeline: prove CAC reduction and pipeline velocity improvement tied to brand/awareness campaigns (at least 15% influence)
