The Challenge

WPP Media is the AI-driven media operating unit powering growth for the world's biggest brands. You'll own end-to-end influencer campaigns for Coca-Cola across Peru, Colombia, and Ecuador—managing strategy, content, partnerships, and proving ROI at scale.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Launch and execute 3-5 influencer campaigns across Andean markets with zero brand compliance issues

Build working relationships with 4-6 key agency partners and establish collaboration frameworks

Create standardized content review processes and brand guideline documentation for influencer creators

Deliver first month campaign performance reports with clear KPI tracking and insights

By 6 Months

Manage full influencer portfolio lifecycle for Coca-Cola with 95%+ KPI achievement across markets

Develop data-driven influencer selection methodology using Klear/Upfluence to optimize creator-brand fit

Build regional insights dashboard showing content performance trends, audience behavior, platform patterns

Train and mentor junior team members on influencer strategy best practices and campaign workflows

  • You communicate assertively across agencies, brands, and creators; you translate data into business language naturally
  • You're ready to own regional markets (Peru, Colombia, Ecuador) and drive results with minimal senior oversight
