Wonderist Agency manages SEO for 1,200+ dentists nationwide. You'll lead a portfolio of complex client accounts at scale, own strategy, mentor juniors, and prove SEO can drive real growth in a competitive vertical.
Your Mission
Audit and optimize 15-20 existing client accounts; identify quick wins and implement technical SEO improvements across top performers
Establish repeatable SEO strategy framework for dental practices; document keyword research, content, and local SEO playbooks
Own 3-5 key client relationships; deliver first strategy calls and set performance benchmarks (organic traffic, rankings, conversions)
Review and mentor 2-3 junior SEO specialists; establish weekly feedback loops and contribute 2+ training docs on best practices
Drive measurable organic growth across portfolio: 25%+ average traffic increase and 40%+ improvement in target keyword rankings
Scale content and technical SEO execution; create template workflows that junior team can deploy without supervision
Build thought leadership for Wonderist; contribute 4+ case studies showing ROI from SEO initiatives for dental clients
Reduce client churn and increase upsell through proactive strategy reviews; achieve 95%+ client retention on your accounts
