The Challenge

Wellhub is scaling workplace wellness globally and needs a Sr. Director to architect their entire go-to-market ecosystem. You'll own the strategic and technical infrastructure connecting marketing, sales, and data—designing the automation, processes, and tech stack that drives revenue growth.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit current GTM tech stack (CRM, marketing automation, sales engagement) and identify 5+ integration gaps and optimization opportunities

2

Design and socialize the multi-year GTM technology roadmap with VP-level stakeholders in Sales and Marketing

3

Establish data governance framework: define core GTM metrics, KPIs, and real-time event/attribute capture requirements

4

Launch first 2 revenue automation experiments (e.g., AI-powered lead scoring or signal-based routing) and measure baseline impact

By 6 Months
1

Implement integrated GTM tech stack with seamless data flow across all tools; measure adoption and process efficiency gains

2

Build and mentor technical teams (Data/Analytics and MarTech/Engineering); establish agile sprint cadence for GTM initiatives

3

Deploy 3-4 advanced revenue automation workflows (lead routing, territory assignment, data enrichment, intent notifications) with documented ROI

4

Establish GTM metrics dashboard with real-time visibility into pipeline, conversion rates, and automation impact; present monthly exec reviews

Pipeline Influence

Percentage of total company pipeline generated or influenced by GTM automation and optimized processes.

Lead-to-Opportunity Conversion Rate

Measure improvement in conversion velocity driven by new scoring models, routing, and personalization.

Sales Productivity Gain

Time saved per rep per week through automation of lead routing, data enrichment, and signal-based notifications.

Cost Per Acquired Customer

Track CAC improvement driven by GTM tech stack optimization and revenue process efficiency.

GTM Tech Stack Integration Score

Percentage of critical systems (CRM, marketing automation, sales engagement, data enrichment) fully integrated and governed.

  • You're obsessed with data governance, real-time metrics, and using analytics to drive experiment-driven growth
  • You've led teams through rapid scaling and have experience mentoring technical talent in data and engineering

  • You're a pure strategist without hands-on technology and data experience—this role requires deep technical fluency
  • You're uncomfortable with ambiguity or prefer waterfall project management over agile experimentation
  • You need full remote work—this is on-site in São Paulo, requiring relocation or willingness to relocate
  • You haven't led teams or managed stakeholder alignment at the VP/executive level
