The Challenge

Vuori is a fastest-growing athletic apparel brand redefining performance wear with casual California aesthetics. You'll scale their influencer strategy from ground level, owning paid partnerships, creator negotiations, and campaign ROI across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Map and audit current influencer portfolio (Tier 1-3), identify performance gaps, and develop 90-day partnership roadmap aligned to Q1 brand goals

Lead 8-10 new Tier 2/3 creator negotiations with clear SOWs, ensuring 100% brand value alignment and on-time contract execution

Build or clean influencer CRM database with verified contact info, historical campaign data, and engagement benchmarks for 150+ active creators

4

Execute 2-3 seasonal campaign activations end-to-end: briefings, seeding logistics, content tracking, and preliminary performance reporting

By 6 Months

Demonstrate 25%+ improvement in paid partnership ROI through optimized creator selection, clearer KPIs, and monthly performance analysis/iteration

Establish monthly seeding cadence targeting 30-50 mid-tier creators per month with trackable link/promo codes measuring reach and conversion lift

Deliver polished quarterly influencer reports showing organic + paid content performance, audience sentiment, and competitive benchmarking insights to leadership

Expand personal creator network by 100+ relationships through consistent outreach, event activations, and relationship-based opportunities outside paid deals

Track spend vs. attributed sales, engagement rate, and CTR across all influencer campaigns monthly.

Creator Content Performance

Monitor reach, impressions, saves, shares, and conversion metrics per influencer post against brand benchmarks.

Seeding Impact

Measure organic reach and traffic driven from monthly seeding targets vs. budget spent per tier.

Campaign Delivery Rate

Percentage of influencers delivering on-time, on-brand content per agreed SOW and timeline.

Influencer Database Health

Accuracy of CRM records, response rate from creator outreach, and repeat partnership rate quarter-over-quarter.

  • You work seamlessly across cross-functional teams (Social, Creative, Legal, Paid Media) and communicate impact clearly upward

  • You've only managed organic influencer seeding or PR-you need hands-on paid partnership and budget responsibility
  • You prefer strategy-only or hands-off management; this role is 60% execution, 40% strategy, on the ground in Carlsbad
  • You're in it for the brand partnerships and perks; you need to drive measurable ROI and own accountability for performance
  • You can't or won't relocate to Carlsbad, CA; this is strictly on-site
