Airwallex is a $8B fintech powering 200K+ global businesses with unified payments and financial infrastructure. You'll own high-upside growth experiments-especially Rewards and Campaigns-turning validated ideas into scalable programs that drive acquisition, activation, and revenue across markets.
Your Mission
Design and launch 3-4 foundational growth experiments (Rewards/Campaigns framework) with clear hypotheses, target segments, and success metrics
Build the growth testing system: establish experiment governance, instrumentation standards, and decision-log cadences across Growth, Product, and Data Science
Map ideal customer profiles and priority use cases for Rewards/Campaigns; identify top 2-3 regional market adaptations
Ship initial creative assets (visual, copy, video) for 2 campaigns; establish feedback loops with Creative Lead
Scale 2-3 validated experiments into production; measure impact on acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue with 95%+ confidence
Establish playbook for Rewards and Campaigns; train Growth team on experiment design and execution; achieve 80%+ data integrity across tests
Deliver 15-20 completed experiments; optimize conversion funnel by 10-15% through iteration and learnings
Present quarterly growth innovation roadmap to leadership with prioritized opportunities, sizing, and resource allocation

Number of validated hypotheses shipped per quarter; target 15-20 experiments with >80% data reliability.
Acquisition Impact
Net new customer acquisition driven by Rewards/Campaigns programs; measure incrementality vs. control groups.
Retention Lift
Improvement in 30/60/90-day retention and repeat usage among customers exposed to Campaigns/Rewards.
Revenue Per Experiment
Incremental revenue generated per validated growth lever; target $500K+ annual impact for scaled programs.
Time-to-Launch
Average cycle time from hypothesis to shipping; target <6 weeks for standard experiments.
