Your Mission
Ship 20+ video ad variations across 3+ product lines, benchmarking competitor creative and documenting what drives engagement
Master Voodoo's mobile gaming landscape: analyze performance data on your first 10 videos to understand CTR, install, and retention drivers
Integrate into the creative squad: establish workflow with teammates, learn internal tools and processes, contribute to 1 transversal tool-testing initiative
Build competitive intelligence: document hypercasual and casual game ad trends across iOS/Android, creating a swipe file of top performers
Own creative output for 1-2 product verticals: become the go-to video artist, hitting 90%+ approval rate on first drafts
Demonstrate measurable impact: track video performance metrics (CTR, CPI, ROAS) and show 15%+ lift on your best-performing creative variants
Experiment with emerging formats: test 3D elements, Unity integration, or new editing techniques; document learnings for the team
Mentor or pair with 1 junior team member on video creation workflow, establishing best practices for the squad
