The Challenge

UPTOO is the #1 Sales Enablement agency in France, helping SMEs accelerate growth through expert recruiting, training, and CRM optimization. You'll own the lead generation machine across their entire product suite—recrutement, formation, audit, conseil, CRM—with real budget and freedom to test.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit current acquisition channels and establish baseline KPIs (CPL, MQL, SQL, conversion rates) across all product lines

Launch 2-3 high-impact tests (new ad angles, lookalike audiences, landing page variations) and report results weekly to leadership

Build weekly/monthly reporting dashboard (GA4 + HubSpot) showing leads, quality, CAC by product and channel

4

Establish weekly sales-marketing sync to identify lead quality gaps and co-define scoring criteria with sales team

By 6 Months
1

Deliver 30%+ improvement in CPL across top 2 channels while maintaining/improving lead quality scores

2

Scale winning acquisition channels to 2x current volume; sunset underperforming channels

Implement attribution model across SEA, Social Ads, SEO, partnerships; quantify ROI by channel and product

4

Co-develop and execute content/creative roadmap with Content & Design teams; A/B test 15+ asset variations

KPIs You'll Own

Cost Per Lead (CPL)

Track blended CPL across all channels and optimize down monthly; segment by product offering.

Lead Volume & MQL Rate

Monitor total leads generated and % qualified as MQLs; benchmark against sales team expectations.

Lead Quality Score

Collaborate with sales to define and track quality metrics; measure SQL conversion and deal velocity.

CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost)

Calculate blended CAC by channel and product; identify most efficient acquisition paths.

Channel Performance (ROAS/ROI)

Measure return on ad spend and revenue attribution for paid channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Social).

  • You live in dashboards (GA4, HubSpot, Looker) and make decisions only when the data supports them
  • You thrive testing fast, failing cheap, and iterating—not perfecting one campaign for 6 months
  • You can juggle multiple product lines and audiences; complexity energizes rather than paralyzes you
  • You're fluent in generative AI tools and use them to move 3x faster without losing rigor
